When providing our services, it is completely free of charge and does not contain any hidden charges.
We only disclose the information that is provided by the Proprietor. The Proprietor will be provided with access to an extranet, in which the Proprietor is fully responsible to update the availability of accommodation, rate plans, and any other detail that can be seen on our platform.
Despite providing the relevant data through our service, we are unable to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by the Proprietor, nor will we be held accountable for any errors (such as typographical errors), any interruptions (such as temporary breakdowns, repairs or upgrades) to our Platform.
Each and every Proprietor is responsible at any given time for the accuracy and legitimacy of the given information (which includes rates, and availability) on our Platform.

All refunds are subject to 45 days.
If the check-in date is below 48 Hours from the reservation date, if non-refundable, the payment will be paid on the 4th day from the guest's check-out date.
